Usually answered within one business day (CET). Please include your shop's .myshopify.com domain; for a return the quarter, for a single order the order number.

How it works

1. Install the app. Your orders are loaded; new ones and refunds arrive automatically.
2. Confirm your OSS registration (or use the threshold watch if you are not registered yet).
3. Pick a quarter. You see net amount and VAT per EU country and rate, refunds, corrections of earlier quarters and every order left out of the return with its reason.
4. Download the import file for the BZSt-Online-Portal, or the table as CSV or PDF, and file the return there.
5. Mark the quarter as filed. Later refunds for it then become corrections in the next return.
